Proceedings in the Viaduct case continue

After the arbitration award in the Viaduct case, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the respondent, opted for an extraordinary legal remedy and initiated proceedings for annulment of the arbitration decision. Acting on the request for annulment of the arbitration award, an ad hoc arbitration panel of three members was formed. On October 17, a telephone session of the arbitration panel was held and important dates for the continuation of the proceedings were agreed upon. A two-day hearing on the request to annul the arbitration award is scheduled for April 19 and 20, 2023, in London. In the next few weeks, the Panel shall make a decision on Bosnia and Herzegovina's request for postponement of the enforcement of the arbitration award, until the final decision of the Council on the request for annulment of the arbitration award.
