Hearing in the Viaduct case in London

In ICSID arbitration case no. 36/16, Viaduct, Boris Goljevšček and Vladimir Zevnik, the Claimants, against Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Respondent, on April 19 and 20, a two-day hearing was held and concluded in London regarding the application for annulment of the arbitration award that was made on April 18, 2022. Bosnia and Herzegovina as the Respondent is the applicant for the annulment of the arbitration award.

In the procedural part that follows, the participants have until June 30 to submit additional submissions and cost estimates, after which the Panel's decision is expected within 120 days, i.e. in early November, when the case will receive its final epilogue.
